Job Description

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the companys range of IT products and solutions. This role involves managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through responsive and reliable service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote and sell IT products and solutions, including computer hardware, software, networking, and related services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, purchasing, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts, follow up on payments, and ensure after-sales support and service satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on current IT trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain organized records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product trainings to promote company offerings.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or related field (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply).
  • Good understanding of IT products, solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
