Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
  • Recommend suitable products or solutions based on client requirements.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a trading, distribution, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
