Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (includes 1-hour break)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Full-Cycle Account Executive who can independently manage the entire revenue processfrom lead generation and outreach through product demos, closing deals, onboarding new customers, and ensuring long-term success. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives on owning relationships end-to-end and delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research target accounts through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences to generate interest and meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, ICP refinement, and lead evaluation.

Discovery & Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct deep discovery calls to understand customer pain points, goals, and workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality product demos tailored to each prospect's needs and industry.
  • Position the product's value prop clearly and competitively.
  • Guide prospects through evaluation, security reviews, and procurement processes.

Deal Management & Closing

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signature.
  • Build strong champion relationships and manage all stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and remove deal blockers to accelerate timelines.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data.

Onboarding & Implementation

  • Transition closed deals into successful live accounts with a smooth onboarding process.
  • Train new customers on best practices, workflows, and product functionality.
  • Coordinate with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure an optimal implementation.
  • Set customers up with goals, success metrics, and timelines.

Customer Success & Account Growth

  • Serve as the long-term point of contact for customer relationships.
  • Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement.
  • Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Address issues, gather feedback, and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Help build case studies, references, and testimonials.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • 2-7 years of full-cycle sales experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong presentation and demo skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
