Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Executive. S/He will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, promoting and selling services within a defined area, and ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through careful planning of Sales call activities. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.
- Identify and target sales lead.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Prospect clients and understand their needs.
- Prepare sales quotations and submit same to customers
- Manage existing accounts and secure new accounts
- Respond and attend to customer requirements promptly
- Prepares Job Orders and coordinates with Customer Service on customers requirements and shipment status.
- Validate the monthly production report prepared by the assigned Customer Service
- Monitor achievement of sales targets every month.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and submit them on time.
- Ensure that the accounts sold are collected and that a good picture of accounts receivables is maintained.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Customs Administration, Export, Logistics or Sales and Marketing related field.
- Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience (Early-career candidates). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Background in a logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of marketing and sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Good business sense and high level of commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
