We are looking for a Sales Account Executive who doesn't just want to follow a process, but wants to own one. In a growing B2B firm, the sales role extends beyond the handshake. You aren't just a voice on the phone; you are a business partner. This role is 100% Work-From-Home (indefinitely) and requires a professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats to ensure the success of both the client and the company.

> WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Strategic Market Penetration: Actively hunt and secure B2B accounts within Bulacan, CAMANAVA, and Quezon City, focusing on high-value IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Adaptive Problem Solving: Work closely with leadership to refine our sales outreach, identifying new opportunities where our technology can solve real-world business bottlenecks.
  • Full-Spectrum Management: Take personal responsibility for the client journey. You will coordinate between the client's needs and our internal capabilities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet targets through a combination of relentless prospecting and deep relationship management.

> QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Track Record:2+ years of experience in B2B IT Hardware and Software Sales is highly preferred. You should have stories of how you hit targets in challenging or startup environments and is comfortable in discussing both physical infrastructure and digital tools.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss enterprise-level hardware and software ecosystems with confidence.
  • Autonomy: You are self-managed. You don't need a manager to tell you to pick up the phone; you are driven by your own high standards and the Base Salary + Uncapped Commission structure.
  • Residency: Ideally based in Bulacan, CAMANAVA, or Quezon City.
