Job Summary:
The Salary Loans Marketing Lead will be responsible in driving salary loans portfolio growth through strategic marketing and communications execution. The role ensures that all salary loans products are clearly positioned, consistently messaged and effectively promoted across all channels. This includes leading the development of compelling creatives, customer- relevant messaging, and high-impact communications that improve awareness, lead generation and overall brand preference for the bank's salary loan offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Communications Strategy & Planning
- Develop marketing and communications strategies that position salary loans products clearly and competitively in the market.
- Create clear and compelling communications and value propositions, based on the agreed messaging structure for all salary loan products , segments and target customer group.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan that helps achieve the business goals for all salary loans products
2.Creative Development & Content Management
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, including advertising assets, merchandising collaterals, social content, direct email and SMS messaging, video and events scripts, and premium items and giveaways.
- Facilitate the alignment and approvals from all key stakeholders.
- Ensure message clarity, product accuracy, and consistent brand voice and guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Manage agency partners (creative, events, production) and ensure high-quality output and timely delivery
3.Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and launch integrated campaigns that support brand and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Digital Channels and Sales Channels teams to run campaigns, generate quality leads and support sales in converting.
- Monitor campaign results, customer response, and funnel performance; recommend improvements.
- Facilitates and monitors creative requests of BU for marketing and communications materials.
4.Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the marketing and communications budget for all loan products.
- Track expenses, optimize media allocations, and ensure efficient use of communication spend.
Qualifications:
- At least 6- 8 years work experience in marketing, advertising, PR or related field in financial institution or consumer product company.
- Experience in consumer lending is an advantage
