Safety & Security Manager

We are looking for a Safety & Security Manager to join our Corporate Office and lead initiatives that ensure a safe, secure, and resilient workplace.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness, and risk management programs.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and protocols aligned with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Oversee security operations, incident management, and emergency response.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen workplace safety and security.
• Drive safety awareness, training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in corporate safety, security, risk management, or emergency preparedness.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing and implementing safety and security programs.
• Knowledge of applicable safety, security, and regulatory standards.
