Develop and implement comprehensive OSH programs aligned with workplace requirements.
Ensure full compliance with DOLE and Philippine OSH standards, including sector-specific regulations.
Lead safety initiatives in medium- to high-risk environments
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and job hazard analysis
Facilitate design review for safety, conduct incident prevention and investigation
Conduct investigations on accidents, incidents, non-compliance, and unsafe practices to improve safety performance
Conduct safety and health regional audit
Investigate and report accidents and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and periodically review safety manuals, permits, records, and certifications to ensure compliance, accuracy, and up-to-date documentation.
Analyze audit findings and trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety compliance and operational performance.
Prepare, maintain, and submit DOLE reportorial requirements, ensuring timely compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
Conduct safety training, orientations, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
Knowledge of cost control, cost benefit analysis, and risk analysis
Has knowledge in digital documentation & reporting platforms
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required

Skill Advantages
Relevant OSH experience as Safety Officer 2 in medium- to high-risk industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics or chemical plants)
