This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Officer based in Pagsanjan. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety programs, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with occupational health guidelines, and leading accident investigations. Additional tasks include conducting safety training sessions, promoting a culture of safety, and overseeing security measures to ensure the well-being of all employees and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health protocols
• Expertise in Accident Investigation and risk assessment procedures
• Knowledge of Security measures and strategies
• Strong skills in conducting Safety Training and promoting safety consciousness
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site within a team and independently
• Relevant certifications or training in occupational safety and health
• Experience in construction or infrastructure industry safety roles is an advantage
