Provide assistance to government agencies in the conduct of health and safety inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.
Have safety calendar that monitors your days with no accident
Also, in the calendar, have list of potential safety training list for your members such as:
- Conduct routine site or facility inspections to check that equipment is safe and safety standards are continuously met
- Identify potential dangers, execute risk-reduction strategies, and ensure immediate corrective actions are taken for unsafe conditions
- 5S Training
- Blade/Sharp tool awareness training
- Ensure that safety features and methodologies of your machines are included the standard document
- Ensure the workplace complies with local and international safety regulations
- Have lock & tag activity
- Have Reward system for the areas that has no accidents
- Have monthly reporting for the accidents that happen last month and actions for the awareness of other areas,
- Develop, update, and implement comprehensive safety policies and safe work procedures across all departments
- Lead regular safety meetings or toolbox talks to keep safety at the forefront of employees minds.
- Create and execute effective emergency action plans and evacuation procedures.
- Conduct routine emergency drills (e.g., fire, earthquake) to ensure staff readiness in compliance to local requirement (OSH)
