Responsibilities
- To ensure delivery of key SLA's with customers in a fast growing sector, including managing/implementing operations for existing and new customers in accordance with the DSC demands
- Reviews monthly operational performance with customers and provide solutions to drive operational excellence
- Build a strong win-win relationship with customers, so as to ensure customer retention and development of solutions to grow existing businesses
- Frequently review, align and keep immediate Superior updated with information on operational issues and performance indices, such as customer profile, Space Management, Resources management, Operating procedures, and P&L status
- Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met according to the customer's SLA
- Continually review and improve business processes, to improve productivity and add value to DHL services
- Manage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity
- Develop a high performance service culture within the functional team. Plan, organize, and direct in an efficient and effective manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any related program
- Experience in managing an operational functional team
- Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous
- Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 100, and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customer
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
