Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
With BOSH Training.
Enforce Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies in accordance with RA 11058 and DOLE Department Order No. 198-18
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, procedures, and emergency response plans
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare incident reports
Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and OSH trainings for employees and contractors
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintain and submit required safety reports and documentation to DOLE and other regulatory agencies
Coordinate with management and employees on safety concerns and corrective actions
Serve as a member of the Safety and Health Committee
Monitor compliance of contractors and visitors with safety rules
Recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety and health standards
