Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3 years of solid sales experience
Background in Real Estate, Technology Equipment, or similar industries is an advantage
Proven track record in professional selling (B2B and/or high-value transactions)
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and effectively present products
Experience in consumer electronics or home entertainment systems is preferred
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client-first approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Responsibilities
Compensation and Work Details:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage and update the sales pipeline.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – PHP 30,000
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: On-site at Gilmore Avenue, 11th Street corner, New Manila, Quezon City
