Develop and implement comprehensive OSH programs aligned with workplace requirements.
Ensure full compliance with DOLE and Philippine OSH standards, including sector-specific regulations.
Lead safety initiatives in medium- to high-risk environments
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and job hazard analysis (JHA/HIRA).
Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and gap analysis to identify unsafe practices.
Monitor, investigate, and report accidents and incidents, including root cause analysis.
Prepare and submit DOLE reportorial requirements.
Provide safety training, orientations, and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, permits, and certifications.
Recommend and track corrective and preventive actions.
Support continuous improvement by providing audit findings, trends, and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial) with a Safety Officer 3 Certification.
Relevant technical/vocational course with at least 3 years of relevant OSH experience as Safety Officer 3 in medium- to high-risk industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics, or chemical plants).
You have experience in preparing and submitting DOLE reports
COSH training is required
You have knowledge in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation
You are familiar with OSH standards and regulations
You must be willing to work on weekends and holidays when required
You must be open to shifting schedules.
You have strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
You are able to manage safety programs in high-risk environments
