Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with OSH standards, DOLE requirements, and company safety policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections in production, kitchen, warehouse, and facility areas.
  • Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Facilitate safety orientations and OSH training programs.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness, drills, and ERT coordination.
  • Monitor environmental and sanitation compliance (GMP, hygiene, waste management).
  • Maintain safety documentation and submit regulatory reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • DOLE-accredited Safety Officer III (with required OSH trainings).
  • 35 years experience in safety roles, preferably in food & beverage or manufacturing.
  • Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
