We're Hiring: Health, Safety & Security (HS&S) Manager

Are you an engineering-minded safety leader who thrives on the plant floor rather than behind a desk We are looking for a hands-on HS&S Manager to spearhead safety, asset integrity, and operational security across our heavy industrial footprint.

This role bridges the gap between complex engineering processes, heavy machinery, and strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Systemic Safety: Direct plant-wide HS&S workflows, ensuring complete alignment with engineering standards, asset integrity protocols, and legal frameworks.
Root-Cause Engineering: Dissect mechanical, chemical, and operational gaps during incident investigations to deploy permanent, systemic safeguards alongside engineering teams.
Bridge Operations & Executive Leadership: Translate complex technical protocols into clear, practical execution for operators, technicians, and contractors.
Audit & Security Management: Direct high-hazard emergency response readiness, technical risk assessments, site security infrastructure, and departmental budgeting.
Proactive Risk Analytics: Monitor industrial safety metrics to deliver precise, actionable insights that eliminate operational downtime and prevent injuries.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil). Registered/Licensed Engineer preferred.
Certifications: Certified Safety Officer 4 (SO4) or global equivalents (NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, IOSH membership).
Experience: 5–7 years of safety leadership in heavy manufacturing, petrochemicals, or refining; OR 10+ years in senior operations/maintenance within a high-hazard environment.
Core Skills: Deep expertise in Management of Change (MOC), mechanical hazard recognition, behavioral safety culture, and plant-level risk management.
Mobility: Valid Driver's License and comfort navigating large-scale industrial site footprints.
