About the Role
This role supports the QES Head in the implementation of Safety and Health Management Systems and Programs that focus on safety and quality of the mining operations, in compliance with DOE Coal Mine Safety and Health Regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support the QES Head in the implementation of Safety and Health Management Systems and Programs.
- Ensure compliance with DOE Coal Mine Safety and Health Regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of mining engineering.
- Licensed or non-licensed mining engineer.
- At least two (2) years working experience in underground mining operations for underground coal mines or surface mining operations for surface coal mines.
- Must have completed at least a cumulative eight (8) hours of training in general safety and health related to mining operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in underground and surface mining operations.
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations in mining.
- Additional certifications in safety management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Location: Ned Lake Sebu, South Cotabato
This position will be under VisMin Power Dynamics Services Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Global Power.
