About the Company:
Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad.
At Link Energie, safety is our top priority. We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented Safety Officers committed to maintaining a safe work environment. You will play a critical role in implementing EHS policies and procedures across our project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and contributing to the success of our projects.
About the Role
- :Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulations and company standards, maintaining accurate records and reports for management and DOLE
- .Monitor and track safety metrics on site, conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate hazards
- .Provide statistical analysis of incidents to support accident reduction and continuous improvement of workplace safety
- .Ensure effective communication and coordination with Project Managers, Engineers, site staff, clients, workers, and subcontractors on safety protocols
- .Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment
- .Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, orientations, and training sessions for employees and subcontractors

Qualifications
- : Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering background is an advantage) with at least 3 years experience as a Safety Officer in construction or related industr
- y.Completed COSH training; OSHP certification and advanced safety training are a plu
- s.Experienced in supervising construction site safety, ensuring compliance, and leading teams effectivel
- y.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
- s.Knowledgeable in ISO regulations, RA 11058, DO 252-25, and workplace safety standard
- s.Preferred/Advantageous Training & Certifications: Loss Control Management (LCM), HIRAC, First Aid & Emergency Preparedness, Scaffolding, Lifting & Rigging, Confined Space Safet
