Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and make an impact by supporting the implementation and maintenance of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and programs. The role involves assisting with risk assessments, incident reporting and tracking, investigations, medical care coordination, emergency planning, and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to OSH standards and foster a safe and secure workplace.

Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate, preferably in Nursing, Engineering, or a related field
• Must have attended the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction OSH Training
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an Occupational Health and Safety role
• Working knowledge of Safety and Environmental Standards (e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and local safety/environmental legislation, regulations, and code of practice
• Familiarity with emergency response planning and execution, including conducting drills and evaluating preparedness
• Proficient in preparing reports, maintaining logs, and using safety software tools
• Effective presentation skills to conduct safety training and presentations
• Ability to listen actively, provide clear guidance, and resolve safety concerns raised by employees
• Ability to address non-compliance in a professional and constructive manner
• Willing to be based in Novaliches

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accredited Pollution Control Officer or Safety Practitioner by DOLE and or DENR is an advantage
