Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Davao City, for a Safety and Security Manager. The Safety and Security Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, evaluating and overseeing the activities and performance of the department generally directed toward addressing organizational requirements on security and safety in the operational and administrative aspects WITHIN THE LIMITS OF established laws, military codes and practices as well as the guidelines, procedures and operational standards of the Hotel IN ORDER TO achieve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by ensuring safety and security of guests, employees, concessionaires, visitors and properties of the Hotel.

Qualifications

a.Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably with military background with above average scholastic records

b.Certified Security Professional

c.Completion of the Occupation Safety and Health Act (OSHA)

d. More than five (5) years of working experience in related field, two (2) years of which in managerial capacity

e.Strong leadership capability and can work under minimal supervision

f.Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

g.Strong grasp of ERT, CMT and occupational safety programs, procedures and practices

h.Established network in the industry

i.Strong exposure in conducting investigation and safety procedures

j. Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of the English language
