About the Role
This job directly reports to the Manager Safety & Security and is responsible for the proper enforcement of security and safety measures in safeguarding the lives, properties and assets of the company.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology
- Criminologist/SO License
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in the retail industry, safety and security, or similar duties.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of safety and security protocols.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Additional certifications in safety and security.
