Looking for candidates based in the Philippines that are Philippines Citizens

Position : SaaS Marketer

Working Schedule : 8am-5pm EST

Salary Range : $2000 - $2500 / month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile, self-starting SaaS Marketer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about building something from the ground up, thrive in dynamic environments, and know how to connect the dots between product features and customer needs, you'll love this role.

You'll play a key part in shaping how we present our product, connect with our audience, and grow our brand. From writing killer copy and designing marketing materials to understanding what makes our users tick this role is about impact, creativity, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert our ideal SaaS customers
  • Craft compelling website copy and messaging that clearly communicates our value
  • Create visual content (using tools like Canva) and write scripts for promotional videos
  • Understand our product at a deeper level not just what it does, but how it solves problems for our users
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads and ensure a great first impression
  • Work closely with the founder to maintain content cadence (you don't need to blog, but you'll help us stay consistent)
  • Assist in planning and distributing content across channels like email, social media, and landing pages
  • Manage marketing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn with direction from the CMO.
  • Run high-volume cold email outreach to generate leads.
  • Use Webflow to keep website graphics clean and on-brand.
  • Understanding of marketing efforts and product usage ( (first action to move forward within analytics)
  • Track marketing spend and campaign performance.
  • Guide customers through the product with walkthroughs and demos.
  • Write scripts and create social media posts.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or a similar role
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, and demand generation tactics
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (CRM, CMS, email automation, SEO tools, etc.)
  • Availability to work during US working hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Detail-Oriented & Responsive: You have a sharp eye for details and a proactive mindset. You're fast to respond to inbound leads and consistently professional in your communication.
  • Content Encourager (Nice to Have): While you won't need to write blog posts yourself, you're the kind of person who naturally beats the drum helping spark and sustain a consistent content rhythm for our brand.
