The SaaS Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products within the portfolio, delivering productivity and digital solutions for consumer, SME, and enterprise customers — balancing product strategy with commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products within the portfolio
- Define and continuously refine roadmap priorities based on customer needs, market gaps, and commercial potential
- Lead build, buy, or partner decisions for software offerings to ensure solutions are scalable and market-ready
Commercial & Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate with Product Partners and Marketing teams on pricing models, product positioning, and launch strategy
- Define clear value propositions for each product offering across different customer segments
- Identify opportunities to bundle or integrate solutions into the broader product ecosystem
Performance Monitoring & Portfolio Management
- Track key product metrics including adoption, engagement, churn, and profitability
- Use data and market insights to inform roadmap decisions and improve product performance over time
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with IT, Enablement, and third-party software vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
- Coordinate across internal teams to maintain alignment on product priorities, timelines, and outcomes
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or digital product commercialization
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle metrics
- Proven experience in managing third-party software vendors or technology platforms
- Data-driven and commercially minded — able to make sound product decisions backed by market data and business objectives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Background in telco, tech, or digital services is an advantage
