About Mirror Advisors

Mirror Advisors is a US-based technology consulting firm headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. We help growing businesses get real value from their technology — through Zoho implementations, custom AI-powered software, and strategic guidance on where to invest in tech. We have a distributed team across the United States, Philippines, and India, and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a SaaS Implementation Consultant to own the delivery of our client engagements — from discovery through launch — and to be the professional, organized, English-fluent presence our clients experience day to day.

The Role

You will be the operational heartbeat of our client engagements. You'll run client-facing meetings (training sessions, discovery, status updates), translate between clients and our development team, manage timelines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work directly with the CEO and Managing Partner on the US side, and with our development team in India.

This is a mid-to-senior level role with a real growth path. We need someone who can walk into a Zoom with a Texas business owner, lead the conversation professionally, capture the right information, push back respectfully when something doesn't make sense, and leave the client feeling like they're in good hands. If you've been an Implementation Consultant or PM who just chases tickets and updates status in Jira, this is not the role. If you've been the consultant clients actually trust and request by name, we want to talk.

Important: Your primary work here will be on Zoho One. If you haven't worked with Zoho specifically, that's okay — but you must have extensive hands-on experience implementing CRM or business platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Monday, ClickUp, or similar), gathering requirements from non-technical business stakeholders, managing implementation projects end to end, and discussing software integrations confidently with clients. We will teach you Zoho. We will not teach you how to be an Implementation Consultant.

Requirements

What You'll Own

Client-Facing Delivery

  • Lead Zoho training sessions, discovery calls, and client working sessions over Zoom

  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable specs for our development team

  • Own client communication — status updates, timeline changes, escalations

  • Represent Mirror Advisors as a professional, organized, trustworthy partner

Implementation & Project Management

  • Own timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments across all active client projects

  • Run internal standups with the dev team (India-based) and keep work moving

  • Identify risks early and communicate them up before they become problems

  • Maintain clean, accurate project documentation and status tracking

Team Coordination

  • Bridge the gap between US leadership (CEO + Managing Partner) and India-based developers

  • Work closely with our Technical Lead on scoping and resource allocation

  • Escalate technical decisions to the right person — you don't need to know the code, you need to know who does

  • Support onboarding of future hires as the team grows

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with a CRM or business SaaS platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zoho, Monday, ClickUp, or similar)

  • Proven track record of requirements gathering — sitting with non-technical business owners, understanding what they actually need vs. what they say they want, and turning that into clear specs

  • At least 2 years in a client-facing role — running meetings, owning relationships, not just internal coordination

  • Comfortable discussing software integrations with clients — APIs, data flow between systems, what's feasible vs. what isn't

  • Excellent spoken and written English — you can lead a meeting with a US business owner and sound like a professional peer, not a support agent

  • Demonstrable experience running client-facing meetings and trainings

  • Comfortable pushing back respectfully when a client request doesn't make sense, or when a timeline is unrealistic

  • Strong writing — clear, concise, professional emails and documentation

  • Proactive by default. You don't wait to be asked; you see what needs doing and do it.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Direct experience with Zoho One or any Zoho product

  • Familiarity with Agile or similar project management frameworks (we're not dogmatic, but you should understand the principles)

  • Prior experience working on distributed teams across multiple time zones

  • Any exposure to AI tools in a professional context — we use Claude extensively and you'll work alongside it

You're Probably Not a Fit If

  • You want to be a developer — this is an implementation/delivery role, not a path to dev

  • You've only ever managed internal projects and have never been client-facing

  • You've only worked with one platform your entire career and aren't excited about learning new ones

  • You're uncomfortable with direct feedback or ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • You're looking for a 9-to-5 that ends when the workday ends — our hours require US-overlap

Benefits

Employment Type: Full-time contractor, fully remote

Location: Philippines (preferred) or similar time zone with strong US-overlap capability

Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (Manila time), Monday through Friday — aligns with US business hours

Probation: 3 months

Compensation: Competitive for the Philippines market, commensurate with experience. Discussed during interview.

Growth: This is a mid-to-senior role with a clear path to a leadership seat as the team grows. We're building something, and we want people who want to build with us.
