SunWiz is the leading market intelligence platform for the solar and energy storage industry. Our Insight Rocket platform serves manufacturers, retailers, and governments across Australia, the UK, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, and the Netherlands, giving them the installation-level data they need to make better decisions. We're a small, high-output team where everyone owns something real and gets things done.

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid customer success and platform operations role, roughly 40% client-facing and 60% keeping the platform running and looking sharp. No two days are identical.

Customer Success

You'll be the primary point of contact for Insight Rocket subscribers via Intercom, and handle PVsell legacy software support via Zendesk. You'll run new customer onboarding sessions and build a recording library so clients can self-serve over time. Writing and maintaining help articles that actually answer the questions clients are asking will be a core part of your week, as will owning the Intercom platform itself: routing, workflows, automated sequences, and AI configuration.

Platform Content & Data Operations

You'll manage our Joomla CMS, including article formatting, embedding data tables and Tableau visualisations, and keeping content looking professional. Each month there are wholesale price lists to process with some manual steps and structured templates. A key part of the role is performing sanity checks on charts and data before they go live — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to be the person who notices when a number looks wrong. You'll also maintain and improve the GPT prompt templates used in our automated content pipeline, and keep on top of security hygiene including password management, access controls, and periodic audits.

Project & Admin Support

You'll help archive outdated content and categories in Insight Rocket and WHMCS, and support our annual awards fulfilment coordination — covering trophies, certificates, and social media tiles — for approximately four months of the year. Writing internal SOPs so that processes don't live only in people's heads is something we genuinely need, as is helping with website improvements and broken link monitoring.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT

You must have:

At least two years in a SaaS support or operations role, ideally at a small company rather than a large BPO. Demonstrated experience with a CMS, with Joomla preferred and WordPress acceptable. Comfort with Intercom or a comparable platform such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. Confidence with basic HTML and CSS for formatting adjustments. Strong written English, since you'll be communicating with clients across Australia, the UK, and Europe. A process-driven mindset — you build checklists, you follow them, and you flag when something's off. You must currently be based in the Philippines and available for AU business hours (AEST/AEDT).

We'd love it if you also have:

Experience working directly for an international company rather than through a large BPO. Familiarity with WHMCS or similar billing and subscription platforms. Exposure to data tables, charts, or business intelligence tools. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in a work context. Any background in energy, utilities, or market intelligence.

The profile we're looking for

You've worked in a small team where you had to figure things out without a playbook. You're comfortable working independently for stretches of time. When you hit a wall, you know the difference between a 20-minute problem you should solve yourself and a 5-minute conversation that would save two hours. You take pride in a page looking right before it goes live.

This is not the right role if you're looking for a structured promotion ladder or a large team around you. It is the right role if you want genuine ownership of something that matters.
