Qualifications:
Bachelor of Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years experience in IS support and maintenance, Business Analysis maintenance, System analysis or related fields.
Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
Ability to understand the business constraints
Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Available for emergencies on-call support rotations with other team members
Capacity of problem analysis, Capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivated
Good interpersonal skills, intercultural
Intermediate Technical skill on IIS, XML, MS SQL DB,
Amazon (Cloud Computing -AWS) (would be advantaged)
Requires excellent computer skills and ability to use available technical tools
Knowledge in network configuration would be a plus
Communication effectively
Learning on the fly
Customer oriented and good teamwork
