U-BIX Corporation is hiring for one of our affiliates, SG Bank (Dumaguete). The Branch Manager will lead the branch operations and drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow the bank's clientele base. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business development skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to deliver sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute branch-level strategies to achieve deposit, loan, and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including SMEs, corporate accounts, and retail clients.
- Implement marketing campaigns and community engagement activities to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and local businesses.
- Ensure superior customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
Branch Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor risk management practices and internal controls.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing within financial services.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking products, compliance, and risk management.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a competitive market environment.
