Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented RTR Financial Accountant to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is essential in supporting closing activities, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and adjustments
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Maintain and review general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams for reporting needs
- Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
- At least 3–5 years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Experience in a shared services or multinational company
- Exposure to process transitions or system implementations
