Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RTA Supervisor to lead our Real-Time Analysis (RTA) team. The ideal candidate has experience in workforce management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure operational efficiency through effective real-time monitoring and people management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a WFM Supervisor or Senior Real-Time Analyst
• Strong knowledge of workforce management and real-time operations
• Experience in leading and coaching an RTA team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Real-Time Analyst (RTA) team
• Monitor real-time operations and ensure service level targets are met
• Make staffing recommendations based on business needs
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Coordinate with Operations and WFM teams to address staffing concerns
• Prepare and present real-time performance reports
• Drive continuous improvement in workforce processes and team performance
