JOB DETAILS
Position: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: UP Techno hub, Quezon City
Schedule: Night Shift | US Working Hours
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Contract: 12 Months
Work Arrangement:
- First 6 months: Fully On-Site
- Next 6 months: Hybrid
- Hybrid Setup: 2–3x RTO per week

Qualifications
- Should be a bachelor's degree holder.
- At least 1 year of solid US Healthcare Recruitment experience
- 3+ years of overall US Recruitment experience
- Background in RPO, Agency, or In-House Recruitment.
- Strong end to end experience in US Healthcare Recruitment environment.
- Experience filling roles for US travel nurses, Doctors or any Allied health professionals.
- Willing to work night shift / US hours
- Willing to work on-site in UP Technohub, QC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
