About the Role:
The RPO Healthcare Sourcer identifies, engages and pipelines high-quality candidates to support the organization's recruiting needs. The role focuses on proactive outreach, market research, and building targeted talent pools to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects for current and future hiring needs.
What will you be doing day-to-day
- Deliver against KPIs: time-to-fill, quality submissions, pipeline health and starts.
- Identify and engage potential healthcare professionals by sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews for positions including, but not limited to, nurses, physicians, medical technologists, therapists and administrative staff.
- Develop and utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruiting funnel.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and client-specific requirements (e.g., credentialing, background checks).
- Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Provide regular updates and reporting to RPO Recruiters on sourcing progress and metrics.
- Stay informed of healthcare industry hiring trends and talent market dynamics.
- Represent the client's employer brand professionally and positively to candidates.
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in RPO or agency.
- Ability to manage multiple client requisitions simultaneously.
- Proven success with high-volume or specialty hiring.
- Correctional medicine or behavioral health settings, highly preferred.
- Proficient or advanced experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn and Indeed required).
