Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Registered Pharmacist (RPH) located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Registered Pharmacist (RPH) will be responsible for providing medication therapy management, ensuring appropriate medication use, and offering patient counseling.
Qualifications
- No experience required, fresh grads are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and appropriate medication use
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare providers
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Licensed Registered Pharmacist (RPH) in the Philippines
