Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level RPA Engineer to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions using UiPath. The role involves collaborating with business and QA teams to automate operational and testing processes while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of bots.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA automation solutions
Analyze and optimize business processes for automation opportunities
Maintain, debug, and enhance existing RPA bots
Ensure automation solutions comply with security and industry standards
Document automation workflows and technical specifications
Provide knowledge transfer and conduct training sessions for internal QA teams
Support end-of-training Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions
Other Responsibilities
The RPA Mid-Level Engineer will provide UiPath Training for the internal QA Team
Train internal QA engineers on automating manual test cases
Hands-on workshops covering
UiPath Studio development
Test case automation strategies
Best practices in RPA-based testing
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development
At least 2+ years hands-on experience in UiPath
Strong Experience In
- UiPath Studio & Orchestrator
- RE Framework (Robotic Enterprise Framework)
- Exception handling and logging
- Selectors, queues, and assets
Experience Integrating RPA With
- Web applications
- Desktop applications
- Excel / CSV / PDF processing
- Email automation
Experience in debugging and supporting production bots
Understanding of SDLC, version control, and deployment processes
Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
