RPA Development & Support
- Assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of RPA bots using an approved RPA platform.
- Translate documented business processes and Process Design Documents (PDDs) into working automation solutions.
- Build attended and unattended bots in accordance with development standards and best practices.
- Configure error handling, logging, and exception management within bots.
Testing & Deployment
- Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure bots meet functional and technical requirements.
- Fix defects identified during testing and postdeployment support.
- Assist with bot deployment to QA and Production environments following established change and release procedures.
Process Analysis & Documentation
- Support process walkthroughs and recorded demos with business users to understand automation requirements.
- Help document technical designs, solution descriptions, and operational runbooks.
- Update existing bots to accommodate process or system changes.
Operations & Maintenance
- Monitor bot executions and respond to failures or alerts in a timely manner.
- Perform minor enhancements and maintenance on existing automations.
- Ensure automations comply with security, access, and audit requirements.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Work closely with RPA Analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Follow coding standards, version control, and documentation guidelines.
- Continuously learn new RPA features, tools, and automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Understanding of fundamental concepts: variables, loops, conditions, data structures, and debugging.
- Comfort working with Excel (formulas, data formatting) and manipulating structured/unstructured data.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
