RPA Developer

Contract : 3to 6months(TBD)

WorkSetup:Onsite | Shifting schedule | BGC Taguig

Salary offers: UP TO Php60,000 basic + 3,000 Non-Taxable Allowance (TBD)

Non Negotiable:

• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360 platform preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation
• Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, bot development, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience in API integration, JSON/XML handling, and error handling in automation workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years using Automation Anywhere
• Proven experience in Python automation for data processing, web scraping, or system integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Certification in Automation Anywhere is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere and Python
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Document automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations
• Provide support and training to end-users and junior developers
