RPA Developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hands on development, configuration and testing of process automation (RPA) to meet the defined business process requirements.

• Design and develop process automation using core RPA workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, documented, maintainable and easy to understand.

• Review RPA output and deliverables to ensure compliance and meet expected development lifecycle guidelines.

• Monitor existing RPA functions, be responsible for and develop status reporting, troubleshoot and manage issue resolution of RPA across all phases.

• Work collaboratively with business analyst/business process experts, subject matter experts and business stakeholders during process analysis, script development, QA and UAT phases to deliver high quality RPA automations.

• Participate in code/solution reviews, meetings or workshops to understand the requirements and to develop automated solutions.

• Strive to embrace diverse ideas, best practice, and industry trends from a variety of sources (internal and external) to create quality solutions, products, and services.

• Provide timely communications and status report to the RPA Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field.

• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes

• At least 2 year's experience in RPA technologies (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
