Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions for business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong development experience in end-to-end RPA lifecycle implementation, process optimization, and bot support & maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Perform bot debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, Excel, ERP, and web applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, including PDD, SDD, and deployment guides.
- Ensure coding standards, security, and best practices are followed.
- Participate in UAT, deployment, and hyper care support activities.
- Continuously optimize existing automation processes for better efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- UiPath
- Blue Prism
- Automation Anywhere
- Strong understanding of OCR, document automation, and API integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel automation, and scripting.
- Knowledge of .NET, Python, or Java is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- RPA Certifications in UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
