Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Shifting

Employment Type: Project-Based

We are looking for a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred) and Python, with a strong understanding of automation lifecycle management and best practices.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360 platform preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation
Solid understanding of the RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, bot development, deployment, and monitoring
Experience in API integration, JSON/XML handling, and error handling in automation workflows
Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years using Automation Anywhere
Proven experience in Python automation for data processing, web scraping, or system integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Automation Anywhere certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere and Python
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements
Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Document automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations
Provide support and training to end-users and junior developers
