The main objective of the RPA Developer is to design, build, and implement RPA systems by effectively applying RPA development techniques and standards that drive high quality results. The RPA Specialist works side by side with the Business Analyst in documenting process details and assists the engagement team in implementing & testing the RPA solution. RPA Development
Participate in technical evaluation and/or assessments of RPA requirements
Transform non-technical, business requirements (from Business Analyst) into technical requirements
Break down program specifications into its simplest elements and translate this logic into a programming language required by the RPA solution (UiPath)
Perform RPA development tasks that leverages RPA development best practices
Commit to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality results
Deliver a high degree of independent and disciplined execution, ownership and responsibility for customer success. RPA Deployment and Support
Provide technical assistance and support during deployment
Perform all necessary end-to-end setup (software & middleware) on development, testing & production environments
Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and resolve these issues
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation; build required architectural artifacts RPA Projects
Work across multiple teams (internal and external) to make necessary technical tradeoffs to meet the expected performance of the solution/product while ensuring cost and time on the project. Accountable for meeting project timelines
Monitor RPA technologies, trends and advancements, and maintain/update the architectural standards accordingly.
Be an RPA development SME and participate on architectural design sessions on RPA
Education Must be a graduate of IT, Management or Engineering courses Training and Certification Training and certifications in systems analysis, process design and related process improvement methodology
RPA Certification (UI Path or equivalent) Experience
Must have at least 2 year of relevant work experience in RPA development role, preferably with Systems Analysis, Process Design & Integration related role
RPA analysis, design, build and support Functional Competencies
Solution Design and Development Ability to translate system requirements into systems design specifications based on RPA development standards and practices. Ability to make appropriate design and development tradeoffs and collaborate with peers to gain concurrence on the proposed design, ensuring that it is scalable and meets user guidelines.
Solution Integration - Ability to identify system integration needs using RPA. Able to assess impact of integration on the solution design, based on knowledge of features and facilities for integration of RPA.
Solution Testing - Ability to define test strategy and appropriate test scenarios to validate conformance with baseline solution requirements for RPA projects and releases across all test phases using proper tools and techniques
Requirements Gathering and Analysis Ability to utilize RPA knowledge when working with clients to plan, identify, document and analyze business requirements while considering RPA technology needs, associated benefits, risks, success factors and user experience. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, using standard processes, tools and techniques
