As an Automation Tester at Lear, you will be performing end-to-end delivery of automations. You will be collaborating with process owners to convert business needs and requirements into automation solutions, primarily using UiPath and Tricentis Tosca, while also monitoring completed automations running in production.
Job Description
- Production fault investigation and resolution.
- Production bot maintenance and support.
- Business requirements gathering from non-technical individuals and teams.
- Design, develop, test, and support automations.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices in automation implementations.
- Create and maintain high quality technical and user documentation (PDD, SDD, etc).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to automations.
- Regular and frequent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical counterparts.
KEY COMPETENCIES/DESCRIPTION
- Proven experience with testing, developing or automating UI solutions using tools such as UiPath/Tricentis Tosca/Selenium/Cypress etc.
- Good proficiency in at least one programming skill C#/Java/Python/C++/VB/etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to fluently communicate about business and technical solutions in English.
EDUCATION
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in IT, ICT, Computer Science, or any related course from a reputable school
COMPETENCIES
- Aptitude in creating and maintaining high quality software documentation.
- Proven experience in RPA development or automation testing, with a focus on UiPath or Tricentis Tosca.
- UiPath RPA Developer/Advanced Developer certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and provide concise and frequent reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of personal responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
