Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Right of Way (ROW) and Site Acquisition activities for project implementation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with building administrators, property owners, LGUs, and other external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to support successful site acquisition.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, permits, MOAs, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor monthly payments, contract renewals, and other site-related records.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, properly filed, and readily available for monitoring and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support timely project execution.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and presentations when required.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks related to Business Development and ROWSA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, business development, project coordination, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn the Right of Way and Site Acquisition (ROWSA) process.
