General Duties
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts
2. Implementation of collection policy
3. Ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off and daily collection reports are prepared and reviewed on time.
4. Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation
5. Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss
- Collection Efficiency
- Accounts Receivable Aging
- Cash Position and Cash Flow
- Other related reports that may be required
6. Updated Audited Financial Statements
7. 100% filing of BIR returns and other government agencies requirements within deadline
- Income Tax Returns
- VAT Returns
- Withholding Tax Returns
8. Assist in preparation and review of annual budget
9. Management of handled property expense thru compliance with set procurement and disbursement process
10. Special projects/tasks related to position

Professional Eligibility
Preferably Certified Public Accountant

WORK LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
Education
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Experience
With at least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work related experience
Experience in customer service field is an advantage
Responsibility
REPLACEMENT OF Martin, Franz Lloyd Paguirigan (Head Office)
Head office based, to act as interim Property Accountant (PA) for properties with vacancies. Can also handle properties designed to be handled by off-site PA.

Implement finance internal controls and procedures supervise and ensure efficient, reliable, and customer-oriented billing and collection process maintain updated and accurate financial records provide timely and relevant financial reports continuous improvement of financial standing of handled property demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communications and 100% compliance to BIR and other government agencies regulations.
