Routing & Logistics Specialist (Dispatcher)

Training Phase:

• The position begins as Part-Time for the first 2 months while completing a structured training program. Training will be at night time and shifts during the day.
• Upon successful completion of training, the role will transition to a Full-Time position.

Schedule Flexibility:

As a 24/7 logistics and dispatch operation, schedules are assigned based on operational needs. Team members rotate across:

• Day shifts, Night shifts, Weekend shifts, Holiday shifts (when required)
