Position: ROPA Sr. Officer
Industry: Financial Services (Auto Loans)
Salary: Php30,000 - Php40,000

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in ROPA, collections, asset recovery, or credit recovery
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is required
Willing to attend a face-to-face interview
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
Job Responsibilities
Handle the pre-booking process for ROPA accounts, including reviewing documents before system encoding.
Prepare pricing proposals and sales approval memoranda.
Process billings for ROPA suppliers, partners, and service providers.
Receive, review, and evaluate repossession documents from the Collections Team.
Monitor, maintain, and manage the inventory of repossessed vehicles (ROPA assets).
Coordinate and build strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and sales partners for consignment and asset disposal activities.
