About the Role
As the ROPA Administration Team Head, you will be responsible for supervising the documentation, compliance, and processing of NROPA/ROPA accounts for Auto Loans and Real Estate Mortgage Loans in accordance with standard operating procedures.

- eResponds to queries and emails to fulfill commitments to internal and external clients
- .Oversee ROPA Team operations to ensure seamless execution of services provided to both internal and external clients
- .Prepares reports on document and collateral status for proper monitoring of ROPA/NROPA accounts prior to endorsement to PMD for booking or to the Legal Department for foreclosure
- .Reviews and validates documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before endorsement
- .Monitors team performance, provides guidance, and conducts regular evaluations to maintain high service standards
- .Oversees audit preparation and ensures readiness for internal and external revie

Must have 5–10 years of relevant experience in lending, banking, or financial services, with strong knowledge of consumer lending processes and regulatory requiremen - ts.Has expertise in documentation review, validation, and compliance monitoring to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan recor
