Roofing & Siding Estimating & Takeoff Specialist || Remote

Job Role:

1. Complete Estimating Process: Manage the full estimating process, including takeoff, quantity calculations, and cost estimation.

2. Review and Finalize Estimates: Review takeoff results, finalize estimates, and ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Client Communication: Handle client communications related to estimates, including addressing questions and clarifications.

4. Coordinate with Office: Collaborate with the in-house project manager and other team members to integrate estimates into project plans and workflows.

5. Handle Revisions: Incorporate updated plans, design changes, and comments into estimates as required.

6. Software Proficiency: Utilize estimating software (Planswift and Bluebeam) effectively for takeoff and estimating tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in estimating and takeoff, specifically in the roofing and siding industry.

2. Proficiency with estimating software (Planswift).

3. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with remote and in-house teams.

4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure accurate estimates.

5. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

8. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

9. Adept in Microsoft Office.
