As a key subsidiary of SMC Infrastructure, you will join the Company that is responsible for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the MRT7 project. The MRT7 Project is set to redefine the commute between Metro Manila and Bulacan by introducing a modern, high-efficiency rail network.

The MRT7 Project at a Glance
The MRT7 is a 22-kilometer rail and road system extending from North Avenue in Quezon City to San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. Designed to be a backbone of northern metropolitan transit, the project features 14 strategically placed stations, including Quezon North Avenue Joint Station, University Avenue, Batasan, and San Jose del Monte.
Once fully operational, the MRT7 is engineered to support a massive daily capacity of up to 650,000 passengers, offering a faster and more seamless travel experience for the commuting public.
About the Role
The Rolling Stock Lead is responsible for directing and monitoring the execution of scheduled maintenance activities to ensure strict adherence to established intervals and safety protocols. This role involves overseeing unscheduled maintenance as required, developing daily staff assignments, and conducting toolbox meetings to communicate technical instructions and shift priorities. By providing on-floor technical guidance and coordinating train movements within the depot, the lead ensures that all rolling stock maintenance and washing schedules are executed efficiently.
