About The Role
What if the way you make a cup of coffee, fold laundry, or open a door could help teach the next generation of robots We're looking for Robotics Technicians to capture video of everyday tasks in their homes or workspaces — creating the real-world training data that AI-powered robots need to understand and navigate human environments.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a smartphone or camera and a willingness to follow clear recording guidelines. No robotics, engineering, or AI background required — just you, your space, and your everyday routine.

What You'll Do
- Record video of yourself performing everyday household or workplace tasks — cooking, cleaning, organizing, and more
- Follow detailed guidelines for camera angles, task sequences, and recording quality
- Capture natural interactions with common objects, surfaces, and environments
- Upload completed recordings and fill out simple metadata forms for each session
- Maintain consistency and quality standards across multiple recording sessions
- Help build the foundational datasets that train real-world AI robotics systems
Who You Are
- Access to a smartphone or camera capable of recording clear video
- Comfortable recording in your own home or personal workspace
- Able to follow detailed, step-by-step recording instructions
- Reliable internet connection for uploading video files
- Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
- No technical, robotics, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with video recording or basic content creation
- Familiarity with file management and uploading media
- A variety of spaces or environments available to record in
