Job Title: RPA Tester (UiPath)/ RPA Test Analyst
Location: Manila
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies.
- Solid background in software testing: functional & nonfunctional.
- Experience with test automation tools. For RPA: exposure to tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.
- Programming/scripting experience (Python, VB, C#, etc.) may be required or helpful.
- Familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking tools, version control (Git etc.).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts for RPA bots / processes.
- Validate RPA workflows: ensure bots perform according to the specifications (AsIs vs ToBe).
- Perform regression testing of robot/process changes / updates.
- Ensure quality assurance of RPA deployments: identify defects, report, track, verify fixes.
- Work with business analysts, developers, or RPA developers to understand process flows / requirements (PDD / process design).
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA solutions.
- Possibly assist in bot deployment and Hypercare phase (monitoring after golive).
- Provide test documentation (test data, test results, defect logs, etc.).
- Might be involved in continuous improvement: suggestions for improving bot reliability, performance, error handling.

- Good communication (verbal & written), able to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple test cases / projects concurrently.
- Problem solving: ability to troubleshoot RPA issues.
- Process driven, quality oriented.
- Ability to learn RPA frameworks / tools quickly.
Desirable / Plus
- Experience with more than one RPA tool.
- Handson scripting / coding skills.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing pipelines.
- Understanding of nonfunctional requirements: performance, security, scalability in the context of RPA bots.
- Familiarity with version control/Git etc.
