Job Description

Blue Prism – strong hands-on experience designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining RPA solutions.
RPA Development Lifecycle – experience from process analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Automation Enhancement – ability to modify existing bots to accommodate process and system changes.
Testing – experience with unit testing, integration testing, QA/UAT support, and defect resolution.
Production Support – monitoring bot executions, troubleshooting failures, and resolving post-deployment issues.
Deployment – experience supporting bot deployments across QA, UAT, and Production environments following change/release procedures.
RPA Documentation – creating/maintaining process analysis, technical/design, testing, deployment, and closure documentation.
C# / .NET – programming knowledge in C# and .NET Framework is an important technical requirement.
Process Analysis – ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Stakeholder Management – good communication and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement – willingness to research new RPA capabilities, tools, and automation best practices.
